Privacy policy

What personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

Last updated:

1. Who processes your data

The data controller is Bulgar Solution, based in Varna, Prilep Street 9003, Bulgaria. For anything concerning personal data: bulgarsolution@gmail.com or +359 89 524 5290.

  • Name: Bulgar Solution
  • Address: Prilep Street, Varna 9003, Bulgaria
  • Email: bulgarsolution@gmail.com
  • Phone: +359 89 524 5290
  • No data protection officer has been appointed — GDPR requests are handled at the email above.

Note: the company registration number (ЕИК) from the commercial register still needs to be added here. I have not filled it in for you, because it is a real registry identifier — a wrong number points at somebody else's company.

2. What we collect

We collect only what you give us through the forms on this site. We do not buy databases and we do not gather information about you from third parties.

Where fromWhatWhy
Contact formName, email, phone (optional), chosen service, messageTo answer your enquiry and prepare a quote
Newsletter formEmail addressTo send you tips and offers, if you subscribed
Hosting server logsIP address, browser type, date and time of the requestTechnical: site security and error diagnosis

We do not process special categories of data (health, ethnicity, political opinions and the like) and no form asks for them. Please do not send us such information in the message field.

3. On what legal basis

  • Contact form enquiry — steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, GDPR Article 6(1)(b).
  • Newsletter — your explicit consent, Article 6(1)(a). You may withdraw it at any time.
  • Server logs — our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working, Article 6(1)(f).

4. Who we share it with

This is a static site with no database of its own. Form submissions are handled by an external form service which forwards the content to our email. Beyond that, data sits with our hosting provider and our email provider.

Hosting providerServer logs, the site's filesProcessor acting on our instructions
Email providerOur correspondence with youProcessor acting on our instructions

Note: the three providers' actual names go into the table once finally chosen. Each needs a data processing agreement, and any with servers outside the EU also needs a transfer safeguard.

We do not sell or rent personal data. We disclose it to third parties only where the law requires it or where it is necessary to perform our contract with you.

5. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that did not lead to a contract — up to 12 months from the last exchange.
  • Client data under a signed contract — for the term of the contract, then as required by accounting and tax law.
  • Newsletter subscriptions — until you unsubscribe.
  • Server logs — per our hosting provider's policy, typically a few months.

6. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to:

  • access the data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data erased (the 'right to be forgotten');
  • restrict how we process it;
  • receive your data in a machine-readable format (portability);
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

To exercise any of these, write to bulgarsolution@gmail.com. We respond within one month. If you believe your rights have been breached you may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd, Sofia, www.cpdp.bg.

7. Cookies and local storage

This site sets no tracking cookies and currently carries no analytics or advertising scripts. The only thing we store in your browser is whether you chose the light or dark theme.

NameTypePurposeLifetime
bs-themelocalStorageRemembers whether you chose the light or dark themeUntil you clear it
bs-consentlocalStorageRemembers your choice from the consent banner so we do not ask again12 months

Both are strictly necessary for the site to work and neither identifies you. If we ever add Google Analytics or a similar tool, it will load only after you explicitly consent through the banner — and you can change your mind at any time via the 'Cookie settings' link in the footer.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data we will update this text and the date beneath the heading. For material changes we will ask for your consent again.

This text describes exactly what the site does, but it is not legal advice. Have a lawyer review it before you rely on it.

Tell us briefly what you need. We reply within one working day — with concrete ideas, a timeline and a price.
